Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken--It doesn't get much easier than this; really quick to throw together and very tasty. Only change I made is to smash the chicken down a little bit before adding mix on top, makes more area to slather on the delicious topping.
Coconut Pecan Frosting. Cami: I made this version because I had sweetened condensed milk, but no evaporated milk. I actually really liked it, but it was really thick and difficult to spread. It was also very sweet so I used unsweetened coconut.
