Circa 1835 tiara. Floral tiaras are very rare as they are usually broken down into separate sprays and sold as brooches. This tiara is formed of seven floral sprays. It has been worn as a necklace at some time in the past.
Dress, ca. 1812, England. Victoria and Albert Museum: "Dress made of warp-knitted fabric, probably cotton. With a pattern of alternating stripes of close plain knitting and open work. The sleeves and a band inserted around the neck are also in knitted cotton with a smaller pattern of alternating plain and open work." (Click through for more pictures.)
