In all seriousness. Spinach pancakes are the easiest thing you could possible make. I used: 1/2c oats, handful of spinach, 4 egg whites, 1/4t truvia. Blend in a magic bullet or what not. Tada! Microwave frozen berries to get it syrup like. Preheat your pancake pan cook on medium low, don't over cook or they will suck.
