21 Day Fix Approved Chicken Enchiladas » Burn This Mama Down
21 Day Fix - 8 greens (frozen spinach, peppers and 1 big can diced tomatoes) ground turkey (1 lb) 4 reds low fat ricotta cheese 8 yellows whole grain pasta 4 blues mozzarella cheese = 8 lunches of 1R, 1G, 1Y, 1/2 B I divide into 8 measure pasta after cooking. I used a 1lb bag frozen spinach, a 1 lb bag frozen tricolored peppers and a 28 oz can of petite diced tomatoes (partly drained) for the greens. cook everything separate and then mix together into 9x13 and bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
