Pumpkin Pie Almonds; Healthy alternative to eating pumpkin pie -- 2 cups raw almonds, 3 tsp cinnamon, 3 tsp pumpkin pie spice (a combo of cinnamon, ground ginger, allspice/ground cloves & nutmeg), 4 tbs honey, 1 tsp vanilla, sea salt. Bake at 325 for 20 minutes
This would be a great family tradition! Have everyone write what they are thankful for on a cloth tablecloth on Thanksgiving. Bring it out every year and add to it. Love this idea! What a treasure this would be!
