how you make others feel about themselves, says a lot about you - I want to remember this as I go through my everyday, and make people feel happy and loved. That is what I want people to remember.

You have to learn to say no without feeling guilty. Setting boundaries is healthy. You need to learn to respect and take care of yourself

When thinking about life remember this: no amountof guilt can solve the past and no amount of anxiety can change the future . Amen to this. I struggle with the guilt from my past, and daily with the anxiety my future holds.
