HURRY UP FALL!!! Baked Apples w/Oatmeal Streusel Topping - a little over 1/4 cup melted butter +1/2 cup oats +1/2 cup flour +1/2 cup brown sugar +1 tsp cinnamon +pinch of ground ginger & salt. Fill & top apple halves w/mixture. Bake at 350 F until tops are golden brown & apples swell (about 30 minutes). *Sounds perfect!*
Perfect weekend breakfast!! Dump 2 sliced apples, 1/3 cup brown sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon in the bottom of the crock pot. Pour 2 cups of oatmeal and 4 cups of water on top. Do NOT stir. Cook overnight for 8 - 9 hours on low.

Healthy Cauliflower Alfredo...holy crap is this good!!!!! tastes almost exactly like regular alfredo sauce and i bet if you didn't tell people they wouldn't know....I added one can of chicken broth to two cans of vegi broth...!
