Enjoy this FREEBIE "Ask 3 Before Me" poster. I use this poster to build independence during Workshop. When I'm meeting with small groups, students cannot interrupt me with simple questions. They need to "Ask 3 Before Me.
Love a lot of the literacy center set up options--seems manageable & hands on for the kids. Really like the photos next to centers as well to help show kids. Plus the center sign itself I love! The color coding is awesome!
Get your stations or centers organized with these work board signs. I have used a version of these signs for years and after a few weeks my little kinders have it all figured out! Over 31 signs are included!
This is a great center activity for younger students to help them with their spelling, sight words, motor skills, and handwriting. I would use this as an activity center and have students work on sight words and/or spelling words.
New spin on Rainbow Words:This is such a great idea from A Cupcake for the Teacher. It's a word work activity that can be used to practice writing sight words or spelling words. It's called rainbow roll-n-write and it's a FREEBIE!
Sight word dice game- During this activity students can practice their sight words by rolling the dice and writing the sight word based on their roll. I like that I can accommodate this activity based on our learning and/or student need.
Spelling Center Activities: Sight word shells are a fun way for students to practice writing sight words, as well as forming letters properly. Students are to write the sight word printed on each shell in the sand using their finger.
