It may very well be true. I've been eating oranges before workouts for a couple weeks now, and there have definitely been days when I have sore muscles. But I've been working really freaking hard, and there have been as many days that I felt like my muscles should hurt more, based on what I did and how it felt at the time. So I'm calling this one plausible, based on non-scientific, anecdotal evidence.

Strawberry Shortcake: blend cups strawberries, 1 cup crumbled pound cake, 1-1/2 cups skim milk, 1-1/2 cups ice, and splenda or stevia no calorie sweetener to taste. Raspberry Orange:Blend 1 cup orange juice, 1 cup raspberries, 1/2 cup plain yogurt, 1 cup of ice and splenda or stevia no calorie sweetener to taste. Honeydew-Almond: Blend 2 cups chopped honeydew melon, 1 cup almond milk, 1 cup ice, and honey to taste. Strawberry-Kiwi: Blend 1 cup strawberries, 2 peeled kiwis, 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 cups ice. 20 Smoothies for Weight Loss! I leave out any sugar/sweetener and ice and they're delicious. I make smoothies all the time with just frozen fruit and orange juice, nothing more, and they're very good and very filling. Adding yogurt makes them thicker. Fresh fruit will make them more juice-like, frozen fruit makes them more smoothie-like.
Drink these Skinny Smoothies in strawberry, banana and kiwi fruit for good health. Be sure to use filtered water!
