I love the person I've become. There isn't a shake, or a pill, or another person who can do it for me -- it's up to me. Lots of trial and error, lots of cheat meals that turned into cheat weeks, or even cheat months, lots of good advice and bad advice, but I'm here now. I fought through the ups and downs and managed to drop almost one hundred pounds. Still have lots to learn, but I'm ready to learn! Thank you all for supporting my journey!!!
