Bulletin Board for winter time. Snowmen were made from cotton balls.

A winter themed bulletin board. The kids made all the designs of the characters by writing a concrete poem. The shape of the snowman looks like lines, but it is actually words making the shape that describe what a snowman is. There is a poem below the tree, the snow hills in the background are made of words, the birds have their poem inside the picture of the birds, etc. great way to show off their writing and it is very easy!

This was one of my favorite bulletin boards for October, National Fire Safety Month. The students sponge painted their flames. I took pictures of the students posing in stop, drop, and roll position.

A great Christmas bulletin board idea! The light bulbs are the border and has the kids' picture inside of each bulb. The ornaments going around the trees are the different ways to say Merry Christmas around the world. My students always loved this board and seeing themselves.

Reindeer bulletin board. Reindeer made from kids shoe print and hand prints. Poke hole in the nose and string Christmas lights through for displaying.
