Lebanon Hills Regional Park - Eagan, MN. I used to live and work in Eagan, and the thing I most loved and most miss about the Twin Cities is the amount of green space. This park is so wonderful; I used to hike there every weekend the weather was good enough. It's the only place I ever saw coyotes in the wild! Nice trails, picnic areas, and campground, all in the center of suburbia.
