Crock pot scalloped potatoes - place half of the sliced potatoes in the bottom of crock, top with half of onion, cheese and bacon - repeat layers - top with cream of chicken soup - cook on low for 8 to 10 hours
Crock Pot Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti - made and double the recipe but i did not use can chicken. I used chicken breast sauteed in olive oil and i used a little less in the spaghetti noodles cause i love a lot of sauce :-) - Delicious.

Preheat oven Brush both sides of potato slices w/butter; place them on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in oven minutes or until lightly browned on both sides, turning once. When potatoes are ready, top w/bacon & cheese, continue baking until cheese melts.
