Balsamic Grilled Zucchini - I did generally the same recipe. I coated them in a balsamic garlic dipping oil. I've had it in my cabinet for a long time since I'm trying to eat less carbs, so I figured I'd put it to good use. It was pretty good.
So originally when I planned to make this recipe it was to get my son to eat more veggies at home. Not sure I accomplished that because he only had like BUT hubby and I really enjoyed them wink emoticon That’s still a win for me. Zucchini Tots Servings: 3
