Vegan Creamy Broccoli & Rice Casserole. I thought this was really yummy but my husband didn't like it! I think the thyme made it a bit too bitter. Next time I would use less nooch, eliminate the thyme and use a little more salt. It was extremely creamy though and I was very pleased!
