Crock pot tilapia. Great for Lent. It's a hit in our house. You can use any fish. I've also done it with olive oil, lemon juice, tomatoes & capers. I keep prepared foil packets of fish on hand to throw in the crockpot. Cooks up while the kids are at sports. Put the rice cooker on at the same time & you have dinner!
