Ian Anderson of Jethro Tull. Perhaps one of the most beautifully-ugly people ever to grace a concert stage. You'll see echoes of him in Rex (Bad Angels) Jasper (Black Wolf) and Coco. (Voodoo You Love?) He's magic, mayhem and bawdy lust.

Thus, the town is nicknamed, "Normalville, USA." I visualize a town square with a band stand, clock tower, grass and flowers. In the winter, its decorated with fairy lights and frosted with snow. www.virtualalbuqu...

kowloon-walled-city-whole.jpg The walled city was my inspiration for the decrepit city that grew up on the site of Fisherman's Wharf in the Black Planet books. The settlement was torn down just a few years before I visited HK. There is now a park at that site.
