How Much Mercury Is In the Fish You Eat?

I'm often asked whether I'm concerned about my hefty intake of canned sardines, mackerel, anchovies, sardines, etc. The folks at Wild Planet (the brand of canned fish I eat) were kind enough to give me this infographic that shows results of third-party testing of PPM of mercury in the fish. I'd say as long as I don't take up a swordfish eating habit, I oughta be OK. What do you think?
