Smothered Chicken w/Mushrooms and Spinach- prepare chix breast by seasoning it with garlic salt basil etc and bake 350* for about 30min or until done.. (meanwhile) chop 3 cloves garlic, bag of fresh baby spinach, and mushrooms and saute until tender and then add 2T. cream cheese .. put on top of the chicken and add 1/4c. shredded mozzarella to top.. heat in oven til melted (10 min)
Gluten Free & Low Carb Zucchini Lasagna // This is a very good recipe. However, I would not grill the zucchini first. It made the zucchini rubbery. Its VERY delicious but next time I will just use fresh zucchini.
