I would only use cooked oatmeal or quinoa in this recipe. Simple vegan flourless muffins, less than 120 calories each… And so easy to make in the blender! These delicious muffins are packed with health!
Zucchini Oat Chocolate Chip Cookies - these are the best use for that summer zucchini! SO good!- update- I made them and they taste like Zucchini Bread cookies only better because there's chocolate in them and they're more (not a lot) crunchy! YUM-O!
