rotating sink with cutting board +colander. so cool!

Bead Board WALLPAPER! Once it's up, trimmed with a chair rail, and painted, you'd never know it was wallpaper! Would look neat on a ceiling, too!

bug repelling tiki torches--wine bottles, tiki fuel, a 3/8" washer and a refill tiki wick. brilliant!

A lesson on choosing paint colors to make your house flow.

Fruit slide...how neat! Better then a bowl sitting on the counter!

summer hammock

Old french pocket door used instead of an expensive glass shower enclosure. Shower curtain looks like curtains. Brilliant!

How To Get Rid of Pet Stains On Carpet...soak area with vinegar...sprinkle w baking soda...wait until it dries...then vacuum. BAMM! gone like magic

DIY Slide Out Drawers. I think this should be done under any & every kitchen sink!

can you even imagine??? Clean clothes go straight from the dryer to the drawer in this walk-in closet, no hamper required. Stacked machines and a built-in dresser that also serves as a folding table.

This company makes bookshelves to fit in your doorway and make a secret room. Awesome!

Putting a bar rail on the deck for extra "table top" seating area that's out of the way, handy, and a good use of space. Put potted plants on it when it's not in use

Lay a thin strip of "backsplash" tile in between the large tiles, instead of just using grout. pretty!

Picture display layouts

hidden pantry... this is better than narnia

bi-fold doors

Yes! I believe in all 5 steps!

entry...

(great to remember for move-out or in) Place a dishwasher-safe cup filled with plain white vinegar on the top rack of the dishwasher. Using the hottest water available, run the dishwasher through a cycle. The vinegar will help to wash away the loose, greasy grime, sanitizes, and helps remove the musty odor. Next, sprinkle a cupful of baking soda around the bottom of the tub and run it through a short cycle. The baking soda will help freshen and removing stains.... good to do every 6 mths

Bedroom looks like it's in a box. Not too bad, take a small bedroom and install double doors swinging outward to maximize interior space. Would be nice for guests.

two toned backsplash

ONLY use this and it leaves floor spotless. (Heavy duty floor cleaner recipe: ¼ cup white vinegar 1 tablespoon liquid dish soap ¼ cup baking soda 2 gallons tap water, very warm.) It leaves everything smelling amazing.

Remove the fake drawer below the sink and make it useful!

Take popsicle sticks and paint them the color of every wall in your house. Carry with you on the go to match furniture, curtains, decorations, etc.
