I am trying this today. I found the Dannon Greek Light and Fit Yogurt only has 80 calories, 0 fat, 7 carbs and 7 sugars. Less than half of any other yogurts I looked at. I also added Chia seeds. I used unsweetened almond milk, instead of real milk.
