Fill glass containers about half-full of water, and then add food coloring. Adjust the amount of food coloring, depending on the intensity of the color you desire. Place the egg halves in the water, making sure that the entire surface of each egg is covered. Let the eggs sit at least one hour until you achieve the desired effect. Remove the eggs from the water and place them onto paper towels or wire rack to dry.

This is a fabulous idea! A friend took small glow sticks and put them in plastic eggs. Then hid them in the house and turned off the lights for the hunt. Must remember this!

For Easter -- strawberries dipped in white chocolate (dyed orange) to look like carrots. Great idea!

Coloring Eggs - Use Shaving Cream and food coloring (dark colors) - roll in shaving cream let sit, wipe off. Very Cool!

Easter Place Card Holder, lamb craft.... cotton swabs cut then clued to a oval of cardboard (clean white since back is left blank on this one, card stock works) start at back of lamb and glue forward (glue gun or elmers for little ones) oval for face with three swab ends for hair and two for ears, draw on cute face, glue clothespins to back for legs, use to hold name cards or could be used at Easter to hold up bible verses, scripture. (VBS, Sunday School, AWANAS, preschoolers, home schoolers)
