White Chicken Chili from www.thenovicechefblog.com - This was pretty good, we all liked it. I used alittle less than 1/2 of the rotisserie chicken, added corn, and left out all jalepenos, green chiliies and cayenne. Added some garlic salt and a little more chili powder. Used 2 C beans. Did coconut milk instead of milk for the thickener, and before adding the chicken, I pureed 1/2 the soup with immersion blender to add "creaminess". Make again.
