roast beef for dinner a la Nigella. well, the potatoes were Delia, but the caramelised onion gravy (yum) and the majestic yorkshire puddings were Nigella. The roast beef came courtesy of the Cottage Smallholder website and was as perfect as always. i had an appreciative audience.
