Boulder to Ward. Make sure to bring cash for the market in Ward- they don't take plastic. Get there early for fresh baked goodies in the coffee hole.

Leysin to Vivey, Switzerland. Pretty much all down hill, which was good b/c we got our drink on in Vivey. I love Swiss hill towns that you can take a train back to after a nice ride and a few pints. That is living.

Deer Creek Canyon, Colorado

Boulder to Ward, CO

Another shot of Lookout mountain, Golden, CO

Let the fun begin.

Monarch Crest, Colorado. Riding on the continental divide? Yes please. Rock the shuttle from the bike shop in pagosa springs. Hit up the thai / ice cream shop for a stellar post ride meal.

West Rim, Fruita, Colorado. This entire trail system rules!

Porcupine Rim, Moab, Utah. Spectacular ride- but opt for shuttle- park in lot at end of ride and enjoy a nice cold beer when you are done (just bring it from Colorado so you can enjoy a real beer, not that sissy utah stuff)

Slickrock, Moab, Utah. A must ride for mtn. bikers. The OG bike mecca.

Boulder to Jamestown loop. great little spin- make sure to hit either Lee Hill or Old Stage on your way back into town to get your heart rate up

Lookout Mountain Golden CO- a mere 5 1/2 mile climb, but the descent is amazing. Watch out for the downhill skateboarders and drivers ed kids though. Get there- head to Golden, Colorado. You can't miss it, it is the huge mountain just to the west of downtown.
