hmmm, this looks both like a good idea and very depressing, especially june and January. I could never do this completely. But I could try. :)
A "fitspiration" board I made to motivate weightloss. Visual for weight to go, and weight lost. Also, motivational quotes, reminder of rewards, and goals. So easy to make and it is a great reminder to keep working hard!
