Roast in the oven at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes with some seasoning and a little olive oil. Then drizzle with about 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 3 tablespoons of honey, and about 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar. Pop them back into the oven for about 5 more minutes to achieve sweet, salty, still slightly cruchy perfection! - Good recipe! J
Roasted Potato with Feta Cheese and Lemon Vinaigrette
This is our favorite way to eat broccoli or cauliflower of all time! My husband says he would rather eat this than fries. I put a few Tbsp of olive oil in a ziploc with some salt and pepper and the broccoli and shake. Then spread on a cookie sheet and spread minced garlic over it and roast at 425 deg F for 20-25 minutes.

You can buy cut mushrooms and green beans so there is no prep. Veggies quick and easy! Roasted green beans with mushrooms, balsamic, and Parmesan. Marinate in ziploc bag, spread out on cookie sheet and bake at then sprinkle with Parmesan.
