1 pound of boneless chicken breast 2 cans of coconut milk 3 Tbsp red curry paste 1 small yellow onion, diced 1/2 medium red bell pepper 1/2 medium green bell pepper 1/4 head of cauliflower 1/4 head of cabbage, chopped 3 cloves of garlic, minced cook on low for 4 hours.
Bucket List...pretty sure I did this in '96...we looked for the fountain but I'm not sure if we actually found the right one! LOL!! So, I'd better go back & make sure it was the right one...loved Italy!!
Visited once the rebuilding had begun...still one of the most powerful experiences of my life...that and the wall of heroes, the men and women who went into the buildings and gave their lives trying to save others <3
