The preparation of this shrimp dish is super simple – I just toss everything into a zip-top bag and let it marinate in the fridge for about 30 minutes. The shrimp grill up in minutes and are full of flavor. They pair perfectly with grilled asparagus and steamed rice.
Slow Cooker Lasagna. Not bad! I rolled up about 10 noodles before I ran out of the cheese mixture. I also didnt use eggs (didnt have any). Oh, I also nixed the whole cut lasagna rolls in half step. Theyre super slippery and I knew itd be a disaster.
Avocado Chicken Salad: 2 or 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 1 avocado, 1/4 chopped onion, juice of 1/2 a lime, 2 Tbsp cilantro, salt and pepper to taste. Cook chicken breast until done, let cool, and then shred. Mix with all other ingredients. May need a touch of plain Greek yogurt or mayo. Enjoy!
