lay t-shirt out flat (make sure you can get 8-12 circles) Use paper plate to trace 8-12 circles on t-shirt (4-6 on each side of the shirt) cut out circles cut each fabric circle into a spiral (*see how to do this in the video) stretch each piece of fabric and lay all pieces together tie around your neck and place a pretty flower pin to dress it up!
No Sew, Tee-Shirt Halter. Pro: quick, easy, cheap, clear instructions, cute, great up cycle project. Con: the knots in the back of the shirt are too bulky for my taste. Verdict: worth a try. Cost of the shirt was $2 at the thrift store. My husband won't let me cut up any of his shirts. Otherwise this would have been a free project.
I made these skirts in high school, circa 1985, using t-shirts & sweatshirts. Cut out the neck (unless you're a skinny-mini), pull it up like a skirt and tie the arms of the sweatshirt in the front. T-shirt sew, or don't sew short sleeves and tuck in to use as pockets. D
