Glass bowl + ceramic plate + popcorn kernels = perfectly popped popcorn in microwave. No bag. No butter or oil. Nothing to throw away afterward. And no un-popped kernels. Put 1/4 cup dry popcorn kernels in microwave-safe glass bowl (pyrex is a great choice). Place microwave-safe plate on top of bowl. Plate should be wide enough to go beyond rim of bowl. Microwave 2 min 45 sec. gm @Marsha Penner Penner Penner Penner Reichle
Dandelion Puffs: These wishes just wait on a shelf or kitchen counter until a sad child needs some love and encouragement. Then, it is off with the cap, eyes squinched closed for a wish, and a big huff. This cheers children any time they're sad–and it makes me happy just to see the dandelion puffs resting in wait. So sweet...
Do everything without whining, complaining or arguing. Every one has their own jar. Start off the week with a set amount of quarters in each jar. If they are caught whining or complaining, they lose a quarter. At the end of the week, they get the money that remains. Must start NOW!!!:) #bible class
Ice Cream in a Bag This is SOOO easy… and delicious! In a small Ziplock bag, put: 1/2 C. half and half (milk works too) 1 Tbps. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Insert that bag into a larger, one gallon Ziplock filled with ice and salt. Shake the bag for five minutes. Kids love that part! Then, remove the smaller bag which should have turned into ice cream. I did this in elem school and have been looking every where for it!
