Classroom Management 2- I have always loved the idea of exit tickets, but this seems like an interesting way to have students self-evaluate their progress at the same time. Also (bonus), I can gauge confidence levels really quickly.
Class Organize: Exit Slip, Exit Ticket, Ticket out the Door. This simple system, which has students self-evaluate after a lesson by placing a slip in one of four catagories indicating their level of undertanding, could be especially useful for tracking ELLs' comprehension, particularly for those ELLs who are reluctant to speak up or approach the teacher when they are confused.
Interesting way to have students self evaluate themselves with exit tickets. The teacher must get the students' trust so that they will feel comfortable choosing the true folder.

The sections we had to read, it was really useful to see all of the different ways you could incorporate art into a science lesson. I found this website that includes ideas on how to integrate art into subject areas. I thought the one that deals with science was interesting because it is about the color spectrum and how it can be seen through a prism. I like this because the prism is a different take on science for kids and the color is important to interest kids into art projects.
