Fish tacos. Marinade: 2 cloves garlic, 1/2 cup parsley, 1 lemon, 1/2 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup red wine vinegar, 1 tbsp oregano, 1/2 tsp pepper, 2 dashes hot sauce. Marinate 4 pieces of tilapia for 20-30 min. Grill on high 3-5 min each side until flakes. Sauce: 1/4 cup mayo or plain greek yogurt, 1 tbsp lime juice, 2 tbsp cilantro, 1 clove garlic, 1/8 tsp cumin, 1 tbsp water. Serve with lime wedges and avocado.

Guy Fieri Grilled Tequila Lime Fish Tacos Recipe & Cilantro Lime Crema.  Use less red wine vinegar. Added 2T chopped red onion to cabbage slaw. Omitted tequila from marinade. Used green salsa instead of the crema. Prefer corn tortillas.
