White tee- write quote or draw design with elmer's blue gel glue. Soak in dye bath-cool water. Then let soak in cool, soapy water for 15 mins. Wash/dry as normal. Wear and enjoy!

rainbowsandunicornscrafts: DIY Tie Dye Tissue Paper Using Food Coloring or Watercolors. Wonderful way to introduce kids to tie dye without using real dye. Tutorial from Land of Nod here.

DIY Tie-Dye Jeans. Rinse them in cold water and squeeze out the majority of bleach (wearing your gloves.) Untie the rubber bands and you'll see the pattern that has formed. Chuck the jeans into the washing machine on their own with a small amount of detergent. Hang them outside to dry.
