Hawaii: Long and winding road to Hana. A hair-raising drive with beautiful awe inspiring views. The road is long, but the reward of walking on a black sand beach and seeing the Seven Sacred Pools is worth the drive.
TWIN FALLS One of the first stops on the Road to Hana is Twin Falls. Make a stop at Mile Marker 2, where you’ll see the farm stand to the right of Hana Highway. Enjoy a leisurely hike to one of the two falls, where you can enjoy swimming, scenery, or rock jumping. Twin Falls is approximately 32.2 miles from Grand Wailea.
Blue Pool, Maui, Hawaii. A stop on the Highway to Hana. The Blue Pool, also known by its Hawaiian name Helele'ike'oha, could very well be one of the more scenically located swimming hole waterfalls on Maui. It faces the ocean as it's sheltered from the crashing waves by rocks protecting its picturesque plunge pool.
