Pumpkin Spice Protein pancakes- 108 calories for FOUR pancakes! FOUR!! I got 5 out of the recipe but they are super tasty. I used some coconut oil to prevent sticking (which they will). New favourite weekend breakfast.
15 min black bean soup- 1/2 C chopped red onion, 2 tsp olive oil,1 tsp minced garlic, 3/4 tsp oregano, 3/4 tsp cumin (put all in a pan, saute 3 min.) Add 15 oz black beans, rinsed and drained and 2 C chicken broth. Cook 10 minutes, mash some of the beans against pan. Sprinkle with feta and cilantro. Enjoy
