Breakfast Idea ~ OVERNIGHT COLD OATS...In a mason jar or any container I add 1/2 cup of steel cut oats, 1/2 cup of almond milk, and 1 scoop of my chocolate or vanilla protein powder. Stir and Seal. In the morning I just grab my jar and eat it cold. Delicious... Can add fresh fruit, a tbsp peanut butter or perfectly fine it!!
