Watching Paul McCartney Live in Halifax was a big deal. He played for over two hours with more energy than a person half his age. And he played my favourite, Mull of Kyntire. Photo from CBC site.

Love London!

Let's all go to the Games - London 2012 here we come!

The Tower Bridge in London, England. Quite a site to behold. Visiting London is a constantly awe inspiring experience - the history, the architecture, the culture, the fashion and people. Oh and the accents!!! I could listen to the British accent all day long.

This is the Magazine edition of Chatelaine that featured The Women of The Year Awards. I was honoured to be a Nominee in the Entrepreneur Category. Very grateful.

We see our fragrance collection in the European and UK markets one day. We get many orders online from UK consumers who want a product that empowers and does not have any of the "nasties". Our fragrance collection has essential oils that empower farmers and their families in countries that are rebuilding. We are paraben-free, phthalate-free, Vegan and beyond the beautiful story - stand alone exquisite! www.the7virtues.com

Mike and I enjoyed our boat tour of the Thames. The guide was very cheeky and we learned about buildings we had visited from the water vantage. A must see experience for anyone going to London, England.

London is one of the world's fashion capitals. There is nothing quite like strolling the streets of London. Just the streets themselves are half the experience. And then there's the shops! Leading edge styles.

Mike and I wanted to see Iron Lady in a British Theatre. We watched it in the Curzon Soho Theatre. Very amazing experience to be in a Theatre with Brits. There was a hush after and everyone was quiet. We almost felt like we were intruding on a very private moment. And yet, there we were watching how Margaret Thatcher paid a price for power. Excellent movie.

We got a London Pass and you get to go to free movies in London. One of the theatres, The Curzon Mayfair showed Coreolanus, the Directorial Debut of Ralph Fiennes. We got to watch this movie in London and Ralph Fiennes joining us for a Q&A; after. I love Shakespeare in a new way now! London Rocks!

London! We love the Brits Cheeky style, fashion and leadership. They are classic!

This is a picture of one of the many John Lewis Department stores in London, England. They are very modern and you are greeted by hosts with ipads who help you find things.

We love all of the department stores of London, England. The stores are tourist attractions in themselves. This is a picture of the famous Harrods.

When we go to London, we will visit Buckingham Palace. The running trails around this area are beautiful.

Entrance to the Churchill War Rooms Museum in London, England. Mike and I visited. Could have spent all day there. That's a place of courage. Great gift shop too. Lots of "Keep Calm Carry On" swag. Brought home some things for my friends at Greenwood. Very grateful for our military family.
