Homemade range rattlers (similar to Salt Grass) Lg Jalapenos, Shredded Mex blend cheese, Med Peeled Shrimp w/tail, shrimp batter, milk/egg dip. Gut out the Jalapeno, stuff with the cheese and 1 shrimp, dip in the milk and egg, roll in the shimp batter. Repeat the milk and batter. Put in the freezer for about 1/2 hour. Then deepfry on medium (not high bc it won't give the pepper a chance to soften.) Then enjoy by dipping in ranch dressing made with the dry Hidden Valley mix. YUMMY!
