Asian-Style Cobb Salad... I (Kristin) made this and it was delicious. You could substitute tempeh and tofu if you want it vegetarian. I changed the salad dressing slightly: rice wine vinegar, little bit of oil, the juice of 2 tangerines, soy sauce, 1/2 T sugar, and minced garlic. It was a hit!!
