Baked Parmesan Fish: 16 ounces fish fillets Beat 1 egg and 2 tbs milk. Mix (1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese, 2 tbs flour, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp pepper) in zipper bag. Dip fillets in egg mix and then shake in the back to cover (prob could do this in a bowl also. Bake uncovered on sheet at 350 degrees for about 25 min or until fish flakes easily.
