Strawberry-Kale-Banana Smoothie. I tried it this morning and it is YUMMY. Very easy way to get your greens and one of the few palatable ways I know of to eat kale.

kale, blueberry, oatmeal smoothie...I haven't put kale in my smoothies, will definitely have to try this one!

Greens for Breakfast

cup kale leaves, torn and packed cup blueberries (fresh or frozen) 2 heaping TBSP. raw oats banana, sliced cup milk of your choice 1 tsp. honey (or more, to taste) ice cubes

Orange Creamsicle Smoothie - "E" - Trim Healthy Mama Canada | Healthy Family Foods

Can be Fuel Pull. No orange, add extra orange extract, ass vanilla extract. NSI without whey powder.

1C crushed ice; ⅓C low-fat cottage cheese; ½C unsweetened almond milk; 3T lemon juice; Dash of vanilla extract; Rounded ¼ tsp. glucomannan; Pinch of salt;  3 doonks Pure Stevia Extract Powder (a doonk is 1/32 tsp); ½ scoop Whey Protein Powder. Blend and enjoy!
