Southwestern Salad with Cilantro Lime Dressing Adrienne: This is sooooooooo yummy. The dressing needed a little more salt than called for, but I would use this dressing on lots of stuff. It tastes like a cilantro ranch. And it's a big enough salad to eat on for a couple of days.
