This is one of my favorite meals! They are perfect for those nights when you are craving enchiladas, but not all the prep, these one dish skillet chicken enchiladas are sure to be a hit. Filled with cheese, chicken, onions, enchilada sauce, and more, they are prepared and ready to go in less than 30 minutes.
I will never eat hot dogs any other way. 8 hot dogs 1/4 cup ketchup 2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce 1 garlic clove, minced 1 tsp vegetable oil With a small, sharp knife, make cuts at an angle in 2 rows down each hot dog, about 1/2 inch apart, cutting partway into the hot dog. The cuts should look like rounded half circles. Mix the ketchup with the Worcestershire sauce, oil and garlic. Pour into a large ziplock bag, add hot dogs and let marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Slow Cooker Roast Beef - 1/3 c soy sauce - 1 pkt Lipton's Onion Soup Mix Mix these two together in the bottom of a slow-cooker. Add 3-4 lbs top or bottom round beef, then water, leaving 1/2 inch of meat above water. Use freshly ground black pepper on top of exposed meat. Cook on low heat for 8 hours, enjoy! Tip: roast potatoes and carrots in the oven for a delicious side!
