Chair for Charity Creation :: Hometalk

Chair for Charity Creation

hometalk.com

I found this chair dumpster diving - already primed and with a hole cut in it. I just took it home and dug up some wallflowers and planted them in some moss. Wallflowers are so easy care that all I have to do is remember to water it. I've got it out of the sun under a tree so it won't dry out too fast.

After a while, the hole in my chair split the seat. You may want to reenforce from the bottom

Its super simple... take an old chair. pop out the seat. spray paint your desired color. place a hanging basket in the seat of the chair. & don't forget to water daily!

This is just plain interesting! Not too keen on the window choices, but that's where some time spent at a salvage yard comes in handy....

“The eaves and rain troughs and rain barrel still need to be added..and the weather vane that was on my hubby’s childhood home will be added to the top. There has not been a day that I have not sat in the Lady Lounge and relaxed!” Ann smiles.

This might have started as an old garage or shed but it sure makes an inviting outdoor garden room now; would love to have something like this! ~ Me too if I had the room!

Coolest idea yet..... Mailbox in the garden to hold gloves and tools. Keeps things dry and clean and right where you need them. Could make that so cute.
