Vinegar to kill weeds, NO! Roundup here!
Gardens Ideas, Vinegar Weed, Green Thumb, Kill Weed, Roundup, Weed Killers, White Vinegar, Vinegar Kill, Round Up
Vinegar Kills Weeds Naturally. Give Monsanto’s Roundup the Heave Ho. EDITED BY BETH-- I tried this- didn't work. The commenter must be right. My weeds didn't even die in 105 degree heat with no rain after I doused them in regular white vinegar. :(
White vinegar! Weed killer!!! Wonder if we could get Gramps to give up his roundup.
White Vinegar Weed Killer (instead of Round Up)
green thumb /// white vinegar + kill weeds /// a garden for the house
use vinegar rather than Roundup to kill weeds on paths and patios. Why do we use Roundup when we can just use vinegar? Monsanto is so bad, run by money scheming psychopaths!cache1.pinterest.com/upload/58828338852671374_XNUZXW54_f.jpg ssspeechie garden ideas

Homemade laundry detergent, great idea. Thanks 4 sharing!
Wednesday, January 11, 2012 Homemade Laundry Soap This is way better then the store bought laundry soap. You only have to use 1 Tablespoon per load. This recipe made a bucket full of soap and is going to last a year I bet. I made mine last night and it was great - it smelled great, cost only about $20, and only took me about 15 min to make. I will never go back to store bought! Here is what you need: (via http://beingcreativetokeepmysanity.blogspot.com/2010/11/homemade-laundry-soap.html) 1 4 lb 12 oz box Borax (2.15 kg or 76 oz) found in the detergent isle 1 4 lb box Arm & Hammer Baking Soda (1.81 kg) I found this in the detergent isle but could also be with the cooking stuff 1 box Arm & Hammer Super Washing Soda 55 oz (3 lb 7 oz) found in the detergent isle 3 bars of Fels-naptha soap, found in the detergent isle 2 small containers of oxyclean or store brand oxyclean (try to get about 3.5 lbs total (1.58 kg)) found in the detergent isle. (I used only 1) (you can also use pink Zote soap instead of Fels-naptha. I had really wanted to but could not find it anywhere) You should be able to find all of these items at your grocery store. This detergent is fairly mild smelling, it is not over powering. If you love a strong scent you may have to add a fabric softener to each load.Start out by grating your Fels-naptha soap just like cheese. You can use a food processor or just use your hand held grater, what ever you have. **Don't worry the Fels-naptha will dissolve in your washer even if you only use cold water like me.** Toss all ingredients in a 5 gallon bucket lined with a garbage bag. This part makes your whole house smell great. Once everything is mixed store soap however you like. I used a cleaning bucket I found at walmart and used the scoop from inside the oxyclean.

Homemade Drain Cleaner using white vinegar and baking soda. Instructions per blogger for unclogging drains and for freshening drains.
Unclog drain. Keep the plumber away- Natural Homemade Drain Cleaner 12 Aug posted by TidyMom 19 Comments Did you know that some Feng Shui masters say that clogged drains deplete finances, health, aspirations, travel, clog sinuses, and simply, wreak havoc in general. I don’t know about you……..but a clogged drain can be rather pesky and annoying, not to mention, rather costly if you have to call in a plumber. So to keep my life running smoothly, both literally and metaphorically, I look in my kitchen pantry for all the ingredients I need to unclog my pipes and I can do it without causing damage to the environment or my pocket book! Unclog a drain with Baking Soda and Vinegar Pour 3/4-1 cup of baking soda in the drain. Pour 1/2 cup vinegar in the drain and immediately cover the drain (I use a plug or set a plate over it – you want to keep everything inside the drain) Leave everything to sit and work for about 30 mins (don’t use the sink during this time) After 30 mins, remove the cover and let hot water run thru the pipes for about 2-3 mins. for really tough clogs you may need to repeat – but I find if I do this on a regular basis (about once a month) it keeps my drains clear and fresh with out any problems.
Best Natural Drain Cleaner need to mix 1/2 cup baking soda and 1/4 cup table salt the pour all this down the drain,Follow by pouring 1 cup of heated white vinegar next down the drain. It will foam and bubble but then leave it alone for about 15 mins. Now run hot water for about 30 seconds down this drain. Smell , your right it does no longer smell.
