I made these without coconut shreds and they are by far THE best, soft and moist oatmeal chocolate chips cookies!! I made them in muffin tins and saved the muffins in the fridge for a morning treat. So good, even cold!- TS
Oatmeal Pumpkin Muffins - yum! I doubled the recipe and added chocolate chips. It made 36 regular muffins! So yummy and no sugar! Honey sweetens it well! Do yourself the favor, though, and add chocolate chips! :)
