Blueberry French Toast Sandwich...it's like a breakfast grilled cheese! - I modified this to make a smaller serving, and used low carb whole wheat bread instead of french toast. It was fantastic! The slight tartness of the blueberries perfectly complemented the cream cheese/powdered sugar mix. I'm sure this would be great with other berries also. Love this!
