Carolina Bourbon Peach Smash Muddle one half a chopped peach, 1 tsp. granulated sugar and three mint leaves in a glass. Stir in 2 oz Trey Herring's Carolina Bourbon and let sit for a few minutes. Fill glass with crushed ice, add ginger ale and garnish with peach slice and mint. Cheers!

Carolina Bourbon Strawberry Fizz: Muddle two large strawberries in a 10 oz glass, with a teaspoon of sugar and a few mint leaves. Add a healthy pour (about two shots) of bourbon. Fill with ice and top with club soda or sparking water. Enjoy!!
